1995 to 2009: News Producer RCTI
I initially joined RCTI as an assignment desk. I was made coordinator caverage in 1996 and then news producer in 2000.

As coordinator of the coverage, I was assigned to prepare assignments for reporters. Often I also have the field as a reporter, including covering the riots in the early reform era.
As a news producer (Seputar Indonesia, Nuance Pagi, Buletin Siang, Sergap, Nuansa Pagi Weekend), I took all the elements that have been collected during the day (packages, vostos, copying Vo's story, graphics,) and build the broadcast. I was involved in the morning or afternoon meeting for assigned stories. I have to keep in touch with the crew on site to find out how the story forward, and I have to get an accurate time to communicate with crews while broadcasting studios, anchors and crews on the ground. As a Producer I demanded to be able to write a story with a strong and very fast and must have solid news judgment

1987-1995: News editor
I started my career with Kompas Gramedia Group, Jakarta, as reporter, and then news editor.
