1) LIES Tear gas in Bangkok is incredibly effective. It has the ability to blow off toes, shred skin and cut off limbs. The lie is only tear gas was used to disperse the crowd. A crowd which did not attempt to climb the walls of Parliament, and could not lay hands on the gate due to the PAD guards. Chew, before you swallow the lies in the mainstream media which continued to play dramas and game shows as the police used dirty bombs on protesters. Continue to feast on the lies by those who dare discuss the “pathology of anti-democracy” when such persons have never listened to PAD ideals live, on stage, still streaming right now and to the very end. Another four letter word 2) “Kaam” (the Thai pronunciation of karma) for those who murdered Nong Bo (age 28) and those who malign the movement she and her family believe in and will still participate in (based on the words of her mother and father). All the false accusations against PAD whether committed in ignorance or for the sake of academic fluff still becomes “Kaam”. Some of those who fought alongside the students in the 70s, are with PAD because they are finishing the war which started those years. This is the last battle done out of 3) LOVE for their country and motivated by 4) HOPE that there is the possibility of a better tomorrow

The Thai media will try to spin this story and propagate that the PAD is a peaceful reform movement made up of Bangkok housewives whose only interests are to end corruption. It may have started that way in the very beginning, but it has transformed itself into a fascist movement that believes it is above the law that it wishes to enforce against its political enemies. What was the current government's crimes? Opening parliament. The government and the police have been patient for a long time and they tolerated more than what governments would tolerate elsewhere. The problem with this government is that they are playing into a trap. The PAD wants chaos and violence. They want the images of police tear gassing housewives on the front page of every Thai and international newspaper in the world. But the government can't just let the PAD lay siege to the offices of government forever and prevent the opening of parliament. The shameless and vile Democrat Party would tolerate no such thing on their watch. And, as Giles pointed out, they didn't tolerate it in the past. The Democrats are not doing themselves a favor by condoning this lawlessness, because if they ever come to power, who will they be to say that those who oppose them aren't allowed to adopt the same illegal techniques to bring down their government.

According to Prachtai , the total number of injured is 358, 45 have been hospitalised including including 10-20 seriously injured, this includes the police who were shot. Two have died including one from the "car bomb" and one last night, the exact cause of death is unknown. The police need to give a better explanation or at least let forensic doctor Pornthip investigate. It is hard to know how all these people were injured and what injured means - people can suffer some injuries from tear gas and a large crowd of people running in chaos could explain some injuries, but not this number. There is talk of a grenade or a bomb, but where it came from we only have speculation
