I do believe in the end it will be Clinton vs. McCain. Clinton with her slippery style who will do anything or say anything to be elected will lose because the people will see right through her...Bill is definitely not helping with his outburst. Is he running for office?

Is PPP a political party or an asset of one family? Here we are seeing how democracy is misused by pining democratic labels upon themselves. No question, Aitzaz would be a better leader than Bilawal. Zardari, if elected, would send Pakistan back to the dark ages by stealing from and cheating the people of Pakistan like he did before. His character is flawed and he should not be able to run for any office. My sympathies are for Benazir but not at the expense of Pakistan. Having Zardari, would be like putting Ahmed Chelabi in charge of the US Federal Reserve Bank--imagine what would happen. The writer is right that you cannot put your party in the will as if it were your physical property. The party must move beyond the Bhuttos and find someone worthy of running it. In short, democracy is the institutionalization of freedom. Where is the freedom if you pass on the ownership of a party to one member of your family to the next—sounds like a feudal structure…democracy must move forward and we must get beyond the Bhutto’s…

I saw the coverage on the daily about Sakozy and Bruni. They look pretty happy. He seems to be in love. Wedding bells might be near.
