I joined UbiCC Journal in August 2007. I received my MS and PhD from UCLA, where I worked on several network security problems. I have broad research interests, spanning many areas of networking: security, privacy, routing, quality of service and protocols. My current research is focused on several important network security problems: botnets, denial-of-service attacks, and IP spoofing. Additionally, I am interested in methodologies for conducting security experiments.
