Following the recent events in Tibet have only strengthen my belief that the United Nations is completely edgeless. An edgeless United Nations is just bad, bad news for the future. We are kind of reliving the chaos after World War I and I am afraid that we might end up in a similar situation as then.

It seems as the world goes in cycles. We have to make it worse for ourselves before we see that we do not have to.
