An internet filter is a right option. Internet filter is a software or hardware product designed to prevent access to inappropriate websites on the internet. It does this by denying or allowing access based on lists of pre-classified URLs, or by examining the web data for keywords or unwanted contents. Government must restrict ISPs to install internet filters on their side to ban unwanted websites.

This is very serious matter and I think this is one of the worst thing that we are going to adopt from internet. But still it is not too late, our government must show some concern about this issue and take some serious measures to prevent this.
