I personally think Ruth Ann Minner was a good governor. I met and talked with her once and was able to be at several things which she spoke at. I was sorry to see her leave office because no matter what anyone says I think she was of help to our state. I am sorry to read that she has lost her only brother. I know this must be painful. I have two and don't know what I would do if one of them died before me. I can thank God that at least one of them I know is going to heaven. I pray Ruth Ann always has this to help her through the hard times ahead. Knowing a love one is in the arms of God helps so much in a time like this. My prayers are with you Ruth Ann.
