AND it's great for your body too. There's just plain common sense in all of this. Like any other change, it will be resisted by people kicking and screaming over that change. If the people on earth are one day forced to cut back on meat, don't worry! McDonald's will make just as many veggie burgers then as they do hamburgers now.

Thank you, myfigment. There is nothing wrong with being sensitive, I am as well and spent many years taking on others' energy. The best way I know of to clear this is to begin a daily meditation practice, grounding yourself and allowing yourself to release the pain you have taken on. No judgment needed, it's just an intention to Let Go. You cannot solve another's pain and problems by taking it on yourself, and it will only make you tired and sick if you do.

I would suggest you find a gentle meditation class where you feel safe enough to let go. You can learn some tools to help you with this.

Thank you, BorderExplorer, I always appreciate your thoughtful comments! I understand exactly what you mean, having been an activist in my past. I spent years trying to heal the world and all the hurt people I came across, and then wondered why I felt so lousy. It was only when I actually began to look within and find my own truth about all of this that I began to heal.

When I began my meditation and clairvoyant training, I was often told by my teachers, "if you want to heal the world, begin with yourself". I had no idea what they meant for the longest time, and even became angry when told this.

I get it now, especially the part about how taking on pain can prematurely age a person. I feel better and look younger than I did 10 years ago, as a result of changing my attitude.

    Thanks again!

We actually do all work for the government. Our taxes are paying for the kind Senator's insurance; his arrogance and lack of compassion for his constituents will work against him in the end. Perhaps sooner.

People are literally in survival over health care, and it's not being taken very seriously by these people who are only concerned with their own power. It is time for more of us to speak out and be heard about this.

We have also arrived at the time to think differently about what "health" means. I don't think it's necessarily a positive to give everyone health insurance if all it means is that the drug companies get to drug more of us. I know I am repeating what many others have said, it is the system that is broken. The system is what we have all agreed to.

Our brains certainly have something to do with being psychic, in fact they benefit from our use of our abilities. However, those abilities are part of one's spirit, one's energy system. Having spirit is a very personal thing, and unique for each one of us.

What an interesting story! We humans often think we have the whole planet for ourselves, and here is a wonderful example of other life forms creating a worldwide network, a community, even across many miles.

I don't know what you've seen, but it looks like you've had some psychic experiences. Grounding helps make it safe to have those. Many people have them, and feel the same as you do.
