Joseph Harkins is a savy communications professional, who has 25 years of significant and progressive experience in researching and implementing public relations, public affairs, marketing communications strategies; and writing, and editing iprojects in higher education, business/legal, consumer, corporate, environmental, finance, government, healthcare and sports industries, among others, for both the public and private sectors.

Based in Myrtle Beach, S.C., Harkins most recently served as senior copy writer for CPR Marketing Communications n Elmwood Park, N.J., where he provided lead editorial content for MagnaCare and its 40,000 Northeast healthcare affiliates; Centric, including its leading efforts to develop ultra orphan pharmaceuticals worldwide; Medversant, a leader in technology for healthcare administration and provider information; RxEOB, which offers a single platform for consumer pharmaceutical engagement, analytics, and process automation; the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Foundation; the Foundation for Chiropractic Care; and numerous medical travel initiatives.
