With depression, as with diabetes the first thing is to accept that you are a sufferer. Yes, I do use the word suffer, as to learn to cope with both of these there is a lot of self turmoil and self blame.
Once one finds the correct way to treat and live with them it is easier, I must say that eating the right things does help but I have found that every now and then I do need to go on a binge and spoil myself with with something I am not really allowed.

In so many cases such as this one why is it that the human rights factor is brought up with regards to the culprit and not the victim?
I cannot see how the law can do anything else except try this girl as an adult. Did she even consider the consequences or was the whole violent thing just for her own self satisfaction and curiosity?
She deserves to be locked up for the rest of her life, in fact I would even go so far as to give her the death penalty.

This is a subject that I will always battle with. I am very much anti-abortion and on the other side very much in favour of freedom of choice. I do understand in some cases that abortions need to be performed but yet cannot understand how any woman can go ahead and have it done.
Arrnica, I do not believe that woman only have sex due to deep love and men treat it as something instant. I also know some men who have been emotionally cheated by woman. Sex no matter how or who you do it with (rape not included) is a choice, sometimes we make good decisions and sometimes bad whatever the outcome does anyone have a right to end a life?

As always the old saying "peace at any price" comes to mind. One wonders how many years of educating and re-educating of these people before they can stand united and at peace? When a country is at war so much is lost that it is easy to forget ones own goals and values and therefore there are often huge steps backwards before the road ahead can become clear.
I also ask what stress they have to live under and how that affects their thoughts and actions?

I do not know how this poor mother has coped to keep sane with all she has had to endure. I would imagine that she will spend most of her life blaming herself for what happened and wondering what she could or should have done to prevent the tragedy from occurring.
