MorePatna. Seemingly furious with his old party chief and Rahstriya Janta Dal president Lalu Prasad Yadav’s outburst against those leaders who left his party, Shyam Rajak, now a JD (U) leader, said that he would give befitting reply.
Lalu on Saturday had sarcastically lambasted leaders like Rajak for leaving party and joining rival camp in the JD (U). He compared such leaders with a monkey who once slipped out of the branch never gets back in the group.
“Ek bar jab Bandar daal se gir jaata hai tab jamat mein shaamil nahin kiya jata hai. Vo punch katta hi rahta hai (If a monkey falls from the branch of the tree never finds place again in the group and he remains outcast for ever),” remarked Lalu when he was asked about party hoppers.
Hearing this from his old political master left Rajak red on Sunday and he replied Lalu in the similar connotation and reacted sharply by recalling Lalu of famous incident from Ramayana when Hanuman, the monkey god, had set ablaze Lanka - the kingdom of demon king Ravana.
“Although, Lalu is still a respected leader for me but, he must remember that it was Hanuman who had singed Lanka when Ravana had ordered to burn his tail,” Rajak sounded warning for RJD supremo.
