Patrick Swayze Dies

I really hate reporting this report, I once lived in Simi Valley, California and Patrick Swayze's mother Patsy owns a dance studio in Simi Valley as well as one in Houston, Texas where Patrick was born August 18th 1952,

I was a big fan,I especially enjoyed Next of Kin, Ghost, Black Dog, Dirty Dancing, Roadhouse, basically all of his films, he was 57 he will be missed. He died this afternoon, he has been battling pancriatic cancer for the last 20 months, he was married to actress / director Lisa Niemi whom he married in 1975 he pased away at his ranch in Los Angeles.

Former President Bill Clinton, goes to North Korea to get the two journalist held in jail there both given twelve year sentences for illegal entry into North Korea near the Chinese border, they were also charged with hostile acts.

Sucessful as Clinton was in negociating the journalist release from the North Korean leader Kim Jong II, I wonder if he would be as quick to go and try to get two journalist pardoned if they were men instead of being two women journalist. Afterall they did try to impeach him when he was caught in the scandel with Monica Lewinsky, just something to think about.

They were incarrcerated for about four months, the white house had nothing to say about the mission undertaken by President Clinton, that's par for the course when it comes to the goivernment, they never want to comment on anything but expect you to if you're under a federal investigation.

I also wonder if the two female journalist hadn't of been part of former Vice President Al Gores current media venture if they would have even been any U.S. involement for their release. It also doesn't hurt if you're the younger sister of a CNN correspondant as well as the Oprah Winfrey show as well as National Geographic Exploer that's a lot of clout to have on both of their sides I would say.

I'll bet you if I wondered over there and got myself in the same pickle, I would just have to do the...
