I'm a bookworm...so what better way to work as well as enjoy leisure activities than to be a book reviewer!
I'm co-owner of Independent Professional Book Reviews and enjoy, especially, working with new authors as they begin to share their work! I hope to share my reviews with you!
Mllovric...are you saying your book was once published? By what publisher? Did you have many books sold?
I think you need to realize that it is extremely hard to get published these days... To get a book republished, you would need to have sold at least 10,000 or possibly even more, just to get in the door, I would imagine...
I think, Mllovric that you and I have similar taste in books...only thing is that I don't choose all that I read... I even throw in a nonfiction every once in a while...lol
I love the name Angelique, don't you Mllovric? It seems to create a picture of what the mother must have been feeling--she had a little angel and wanted to show her thankfulness for the child.
There are a couple of online bookstores that do "searches" for older or out of print books, if you want to try to find them. I did one on a gentlemen for whom I work as editor/proofreader. He's written over 300 books in his lifetime but in retirement years is mostly writing short stories...so I wanted to form a collection of his earlier works. Within a very short time, through Alibris (think that is correct spelling), I have well over 20 books pulled from all over the country. Isn't that cool?! Haven't had a chance to read any of them...but I got them on my "to read" shelves!
If you were a book reviewer, you could! But I hope, if not, that you have a "to be read" list and add this...it just may affect you as it did me.
For instance,
Immediately after I finished reading online, I turned to open my mail, I was asked by a publisher to review a number of books, and have book giveaways on my blog...
Ahhh, I call that a "God Incident" while some might say it was just a coincidence...

Noah, thanks for feedback! I wonder if you too have read it already? If so, I'm happy you agree with me! Perhaps you'd share how it most impressed you?
I found that it hit me "full in the face." Only thing was, that the rooms I'd been finding needed clarified...
mllovric, Actually, this book reminded me of a small booklet that I had read in my school days as well. It was somewhat of a reverse to the book. In it, it talked about the supposition of rooms within your heart and whether there were any rooms there where you wouldn't want anybody to know about or enter other than yourself. Always made an impression on me, so much so that when I encountered Rooms, the Novel...I was already prepared for what could potentially happen...
Good or bad, memories formed when we are young are indeed strong, aren't they!
SelfMade, Have I told you I like your ID? Will you do something for me? Will you come back and tell me what you think of this book? I'd greatly appreciate it!

No doubt about it, I agree with you! The struggle of a group or a single individual for rights and independence is one that can be told by many of us, for one reason or another!
