    True, it is color of prisoners in some prisons, but not in others. Remember that when Laurel and Hardy went to jail they wore striped uniforms but they managed to escape nevertheless.


    The idea of wearing an orange suit is to be visible; that is why many life jackets are orange colored as also the vests worn by some traffic wardens.


    Note how nicely Hilary's suit contrasts with the blue background.

    A dear friend settled in Connecticut has suggested that the following lines be added to the poem to make it complete:


    You could have included as follows:
     
    A fatal flaw was the pretender's lie 
    A greying mane concealed under native dye!
    Alas came the monsoon, the colour did melt
    And the seething masses did soon suspect
    Out, out  they cried in unison
    Before he leads the land to self-destruction! 


    I believe the poem could benefit from the addition of this new verse as the penultimate or second last paragraph.

    You could do that, but if the documents are too many you might consider using a cloth laundry bag and make sure it is tied properly. You don't want paper pulp all over your Hoover or whatever.
