The idea of wearing an orange suit is to be visible; that is why many life jackets are orange colored as also the vests worn by some traffic wardens.

I believe the poem could benefit from the addition of this new verse as the penultimate or second last paragraph.
You could do that, but if the documents are too many you might consider using a cloth laundry bag and make sure it is tied properly. You don't want paper pulp all over your Hoover or whatever.
