I am a BE in IT with 4 and a half years experience in the Documentation and Instructional Design Profession within the Engineering and Technology Sector.

I am currently working as a consultant for Ambika Impex since the last 1 year. I am also freelancing, creating reports on areas such as: Financial planning, investing in mutual funds, investing in equity, derivatives trading, insurance, economy, commodities, forex, and tax for a company called Finance Insights. In addition, I am also an independent trader in equities, F&O, and commodities.

I am a certified technical and fundamental analyst. As part of my technical and fundamental analysis certification, I underwent basic, advanced as well as intensive training in technical and fundamental analysis by well known chartist and analyst Ravi Bhokse (frequent expert at NDTV Profit) at the Share Market Made Easy Institute. I am comfortable working on various trading, charting and technical analysis softwares, such as Market View, Metastock, Iris, and Falcon software, to trade at Nifty, Sensex, MCX, NCDEX, Futures, Derivatives, and commodities, both for intraday and delivery-based, or short-term, medium-term and long-term trading. I can provide intra-day calls on stocks using appropriate profit booking & stop loss levels, longer dated positional calls, BTST calls. I can also help the team with daily trading updates, ideas, and views for PMS.

In addition, I have already cleared Group A exams of a 27 month part time MBA-CFA Dual Masters Program from ICFAI, which will earn me the following certifications at the end of the course:
- MBA in Finance, CFA, MFA (Masters in Financial Analysis), Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Advance Management

I am also certified in Capital Markets through a 3-month part-time BSE CPCM certificate program given jointly by JBIMS and Mumbai University.

I think I have the right aptitude for Research, Analysis, Reporting, Client Interaction and Sales. I am detail-oriented. At the same time I am efficient at deciding what to pick and what to skip. I have a tendency to analytically treat information and very strong inherent research, writing, and communication skills that have been further reinforced through experience. In short, I am good at identification, analysis and summarizing. Having done Bachelors in engineering, and majoring in the field of Information Technology, I will be extremely comfortable in quickly grasping a wide variety of quantitative software. Having managed teams and projects in the past, I will be really comfortable at coordinating even on a one-to-one basis with the clients. Having freelanced for the media, I will be totally at ease dealing with the media as well. I have a background in financial journalism for a couple of financial companies for which I have freelanced, such as Financial Insights, in addition to some financial journalism and press relations work that I performed, as part of my role as a technical writer with the Corporate Communications team at GTL Limited. I have a quick ability to grasp, absorb, analyze and deliver well-framed outputs in writing, within the given deadlines. I also have a thorough understanding of the financial markets as well as the market audience and participants. Besides, having worked on a variety of freelance projects, I can additionally function independently whenever required, within the constraints of a remotely managed team. I am also comfortable with MS Excel, online publishing, messaging and researching systems.
