Refer to the left for pictures of this rare, albino bald eagle. The eagle was spotted in Pinyon Canyon in Colorado by a couple hiking there. They snapped a few shots before calling the Division of Wildlife, who determined the eagle was in poor health, and are currently nursing it back to health. Its feathers are too damaged to fly, and it is very thin. It will be released back into the wild once it is healthy again.
