The grand Koki Khel jirga was held in Jamrud, which was largely participated. Malik Atta Ullah, the chief of Koki Khel tribe and the losing candidate from NA 45 Ibrahim Khan while addressing the grand tribal jirga said that in two days the political administration and the election commission should announce their victory or arrange recounting of the votes otherwise they would block the International road in protest and would start agitation. Malik Atta Ullah said that Koki Khel and Zakha Khel tribes would not accept the bogus results of NA 45.Malik Atta Ullah and his son Ibrahim Khan said that the jirga was unanimous to confiscate the property of Noorul Haq Qadri in Jamrud and Malagori as well. They also said that Noorul Haq Qadri should adopt another way for going to Peshawar, as they would not be responsible for any misbehavior with him or any other untoward situation. Malik Atta Ullah reminded the government that in the past too the rulers had chastised their family and now the rulers repeated that history, but he made it clear that he would never compromise on the rights of his tribe nor the whole tribesmen. Ibrahiom Khan the losing candidate said that according to the results sheets provided to him by the presiding officers, he had won the election from NA 45 with a very clear and big margin. He objected that political administration for intentionally delaying the results to fulfill their nefarious designs. The speakers in the jirga were of the view that the government was bent upon creating law and order situation in this peaceful area by committing post election rigging in the Khyber House. The Koki Khel jirga announced to hold a round of talks with Malagori and Zakha Khel tribes on Thursday to take them into confidence regarding the post election scenario in Khyber Agency.
