Ebay Baby Returns Home After 'Joke Gone Awry'
After a joke gone awry, the child of two unidentified German parents, ages 23 and 24, was taken into custody. Listed on ebay for merely one euro - $1.59 - parents complained that it had gotten "too loud."
The new parents never lost contact with the child and were reunited before long. Investigators have dropped charges of child trafficking, agreeing with the parents' insistence that it was merely a joke.
