It is official: Facebook passes MySpace

According to Techcrunch today, Facebook is no longer the second largest social network. It had to happen given the crazy growth Facebook has gone through. Milestone was achieved in April 2008 when Facebook officially caught up to MySpace in terms of unique monthly worldwide visitors (Comscore). Both MySpace and Facebook have around 115 million people visiting the sites each month. See Chart below:
