In an attempt to maintain power in the upcoming runoff election, Zimbabwe's President Mugabe has issued orders to halt deliveries of food. Deliveries will continue for supporters of Mugabe and those opposition members who provide voter identification. The move coud cause massive, massive starvation," said James McGee, U.S. ambassador to Zimbabwe.
