         The tribal Union of Journalists congratulated Rehmat Shah Afridi on his release. Cabinet members of TUJ Khyber Agency under the leadership of its president Khyal Zaman Afridi and Vice president Sudhir Ahmad Afridi have said that the credit for the release of Afridi goes to the Co-Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party Asif Ali Zardai.Zardai proved his love with journalists community by releasing Rehmat Shah Afridi.Tribal Union of Journalists Khyber Agency with the collaboration of Peshawar based journalists recently had raised a strong voice for the early release of Afridi.The Journalists community in the future too would not bow down before any illegal pressure from the cruel rulers' side.Khyal Zaman Afridi and Sudhir Afridi said that the then government of Nawaz Sharif and the Chaudri brothers had detained Rehmat Shah Afridi in a bogus case and kept him detained for more than nine years in jail. The tribal Journalists in future would play a very positive role to raise voice for the protection and welfare of the tribal journalists.
