US aid agencies and others foreign NGOs have decided to shift their offices to Islamabad .putting the future scores of ongoing development projects in tribal belt in doldrums. These international NGOs and Americans donors’ agencies were providing financial and technical assistance to the current welfare projects in tribal areas.

But the future of these uplift projects were looking bleak as these NGOs and US aid agencies have decided to shift their offices. To Islamabad due to deteriorating lawless situation in Peshawar. In the NWFP province ongoing operation in tribal areas.

NGOs and United States officials were also directed to keep limited their movements and activities in the province capital which are badly affecting the continuing uplift schemes. It is feared that if these projects are not completed in time. Its expenditure will go waste with the passage of time.

The provincial government has failed to take solid steps to provide full proof security to the foreign officials who are come for the prosperity of tribal areas. Different social welfare tribal Organizations working and implemented the welfare projects of USAID and other Donors agencies. Recently FLDP US donors have launched diverse technical projects to boost the economic condition of tribal society through various kinds of vocational trainings. But due to rising up militancy power in Khyber Agency have made compel to lock up their offices. Similarly FDPGC US Donor has started their work in tribal community. The tribal community accepts appreciated these welfare projects of foreign agencies but there are some elements who want to keep tribal in darkness block the entrance development rays of these projects.

People from different walk of life such as Jameet-e Islami deputy general secretary Zarnoor afridi, Peshawar bar council senior barrister maulana Shamsul haq. Maulan Madni, Rashid advocate along with peshawar bar council lawyers, religious scholars, local tribal Maliks, FATA welfare organizations key members and others key figure participated the seminar.

Deputy General Secretary of Jameet-e Islami Zarnoor Afridi told that FCR, old British regulation contains based on cruelty. It was made just to cover tribal. By Sami ullah: Recently 20 active Organizations all around the FATA become permanent Members of FATA NGOs Forum consortium belonging Bajour agency, North Waziristan Agency, South Waziristan Agency, Khyber Agency, Muhmond Agency, Swat Shangla, FR DI Khan, FR Kohat, FR Banu and Quetta Balochistan.

Voice purpose: Adopt trend of traditions change, prosperity, Maintain peace and harmonies in tribal community in FATA. To Develop every sector of FATA.

The name of the consortium shall be FATA NGOs Forum or shall be abbreviated as FNF and is referred to a s the association, Fata NGO Forum shall be consisting of non profitable non governmental community village level organizations and shall belong to federally administered tribal area FATA Pakistan.

The vision goal and objectives of the association shall be as follow,

Vision: Enhanced and strengthens capacities of civil society organizations for promotion of concentric initiatives at grass root level.

Goal: to coalesce scattered resources a mentor their aptitude in accordance to ensure sustainable developmental initiatives at FATA.

Objectives

1) To map in scattered civil society organizations an integrate them in accordance to realize synergic developmental initiatives at FATA

2) To mentor and support the capacities of partner organizations for their effective interventions in developmental sector,

3) To expose and correlate fata based CSOs with supportive mechanism the developmental interventions,

4) To provide a medium for the propagation of coordinative mores and interactive learning attitudes,

5) To enable the people of Fata to fathom the nature an scope to their problem, and lend added weight to their voices and actions for their needs and rights,

Membership the consortium shall be comprised of fata based civil society organizations an organization shall be only eligible for the membership of consortium if

3) It is willing to pay at least Rs 500 annually as a membership fee, but my upsize as per the value of the organization, an organization shall however is willing to pay a proportion of the operational cost, from the income thereto, generated from projects channeled via FNF,

By Sami ullah :Khyber welfare home NGOs arranged workshop for religious scholars in landi kotal for the purpose of to create social awareness against the social evils in the area. the meeting was proposed by the Dost welfare foundation which has been working in FATA since 1994 to aerated the drug addicts form FATA.there fore different seminars have been conducted by DOST welfare foundation in different areas of FATA to create awareness anti drug atmosphere in the key and distinguish persons of tribal consist religious scholars, pouters, local Maliks and so on key persons of areas.

While talking to the religious scholars the chairman of Khyber welfare home Mr Khalil khan focus on drug topic and remind their responsibilities to religious scholars that they can play a vital role in prevention of drugs addicts in the locality, he also mention that to prevent social evils and for creation of friendly atmosphere we have been conducted from 1992 too many anti drug tournaments in FATA and agency and on tehsil level to engage the young generation of FATA in positive activities,

The United States has extended $43 million for the capacity building program to improve economical and social conditions of Pakistan tribal areas. USAID will provide money in three years for tribal areas. This program will improve and strengthen the livelihood, expand economic opportunities and improve basic education and health care. This will also strengthen the government and non government institutions in FATA to plan implement and monitor programs at the regions agency and community level. They also commitments to provide $750 million over five years to assist the FATA development. For this purpose different Networks is taken swiftly place to strengthen the Organization through different community NGOs and CBOs commitment with this aim to work together. In this case the FATA NGOs Forum have take place along with 33 NGOs and CBOs Non profitable Non government communities groups such as under mentioning.

FATA as a narrow tract of the land ,runs along the river Indus, make a contiguous border with Afghanistan ,has an area of 27224Sq Km accommodation about 31.380 million people including both genders. FATA include Bajaur, Mohmand,Khyber,Orakzai,Kurram, North Waziristan and South Waziristan agencies along with six districts regions located within the adjacent districts of Peshawar Kohat, Bannu,Lakki, Tank and DI khan in the North west frontier province called frontier REGIONS(FRs).

FATA is generally perceived to have an uncanny tendency for courting strife. Conjuring up romantic images of tribesmen living on the edge, FATA has failed to find mention in the words of writers and travelers in awe of its freedom loving people. Today however, it is mentioned for all wrong reasons .the strife that this region has concurred is only because of limited interests of decision makers to maintain status quo in the volatile tribal agencies. Failure to come up with a clear vision for integrated development in FATA , as a sustainable solutions of all that troubles of region, has kept the people marginalized and impoverished in this opportunity vacuum tribesmen have been left to their devices vulnerable to exploitation at the hands of criminal and extremist elements from within the out side .decision makers can , however, no longer afford to remain indifferent to the development of the area .an integrated and sustainable development strategy is badly needed to put FATA on the path to peace and prosperity along with the rest of the country .

In the backdrop of FATA*s social under development and the miseries of the people of FATA, concerned and relevant organizations prosper and underscores the need to form a network of the local organizations, NGOs villages and communities bases organizations etc working across the FATA. The basic theme was to reinforce individuals and institutional efforts through this network As a result FATA NGOs Forum (FNF) emerged with the mandate to serve as a forum for discussion issues of public & general interest. The initiative concentrates to swallow the capacity of the partner NGOs/CBOs via knowledge sharing propagation of ideas of mutual interests and interactive strive for attaining sustainable development in FATA. Further more this network will lend strength to the voice of people of FATA for their needs and rights.

This NGOs forum was call by KKT an Organization Non Government non profitable working for the welfare and development of FATA the geographical focus of KKT interventions is stretched across NWFP & AJK with special attention to FATA.KKT wants a peaceful FATA where aware and educated communities are working to improve their livelihood system. To rise awareness resources in the economical and social development of FATA . KKT calls 33 different NGOs and Local CBOs in this forum to discuss hidden problems and make a strong decision for security of FATA to install the soft wares programs and smooth the stones for hard wares in communities.

The entire FATA journalist are great in trouble in this social field in one way if they write reality so the Local administrative harshly threat him by tells that either your family elder or your family government employment will be terminate from Government employment or you may be obey us to write accordingly with our proposel,if they hesitate to write not the true figures so the community rebuke him by telling that you are not able for this social service so in one way there is tiger while one the other hand there is stick. so it too hard work for a journalist to maintain his process in the tribal society. Some time the elder of his family also threat by saying that not go beyond from others or to write against the Govt which will create a stone problem for us

Here is a place which locates with west border of Pakistan touch with Shalman and east border of Afghanistan with Lalpura. that's a curve peace of belt in the lap of mountain .where peoples lives free affiliated country and free citizenship on earth .the education is nil only one primary school meet only 100 children education requirements .the peoples of this area operate this school by own expenditure .mostly they are former who works in field and what ever be grow they eat and serve their lives for this and passing the peaceful days in their little world. This belt has contained 1200 houses and population is 10000. According to the elder of this belt in 20, 25 years no crimes were committed which show the symbol of peace. Due to the cold war of against Russian and others wars in Afghanistan the God keep this place from any kind damage and evils naturally safe from in the era of these wars. He would be a dull soul when a person sees this paradise without touching his majesty. There are four basic villages named Rena, purchaw, Shahibagh, Manjawar, the elder of these villagers is Minarzar Jan who arrange the jirga and take solution of the problems of this belt without any hesitation. The villagers accept the decision of the elder and respect him well. They don't know how to shed the blood if a villager died or a sparrow died they make same sorrow on it. the elder of this belt is religious person wake up at mid night pray within the moonlight in the yield .the wakened light of his eyes lids seem an angel .he pray for his protection of this belt that may God keep this belt from any kind of evils. Donkeys are the sources of communication where inhabitants wandering through in this small belt. Once the officials of Pakistan offered the elder of this belt that we are going to provide the electricity facility but he refuse and told to the high officials of Pak that I haven't saw my peoples in darkness so he rejects this offer for himself .

River Kabul

The river Kabul is flowing in front of this area .they irrigates their fields and gardens to this Kabul river water. one of the profession of this area is that .they are expert in catching fishes in the river and they also know where the fishes living in groups and where they live alone .on the river there is no bridge .the two joint boats works as a river bridge where villagers and the transports are passed through this bridge .which is unbelievable and acceptable thing. The transports of Afghanistan which have loaded from different kind of things are passed through these two boats across the river. This is a special live hood of this area. The river flows so silently that only the sweet bird's sounds break the silent feature of this belt.

In the middle of river there is a small jungle for prey. Where you can find small see birds for preying. The boat is the only source of reaching to this jungle,

Fresh Clashes 22 dead,18 injuries in Khyber Agency

By sami ullah: The leader of lashkar e Islam Mangal bagh given deadline to Kokikhel tribe which finished yesterday at 4oclock .when the tribe jirga failed in compromising between Mangal bagh and Kokikhel tribe. After rejection of Mangal bagh UN Islamic agenda by Kokikhel tribe. Then the militants of mangal bagh start firing on Kokikhel tribe in which a lot of casualties took place. In these clashes recently according to the reliable source 22 persons died and 18 injured in these fresh clashes. The numbers of death persons are increasing.

The leader of Taliban commander mangal bagh also fire one rocket on Hayatabad in peshawar at night n which one person was died and two injured which was rashly taken to the CMH hospital .both rival groups using heavy weapons like RPG and other heavy machine guns .the Kokikhel tribe have taken three barracks from mangal Bagh group at shahkas.

The gunship helicopter circling in the area on the barracks of both tribes where they haven't show any action but only silent spectator. The road is full of death bodies and dozens of injuries peoples are crying for rescue help. Where no step was taken to control these situations by Govt. The firing continued at entire night.

The Mangal bagh an evil for the all Khyber Agency peoples where the tribal have condemned his UN Islamic agenda. The peaceful environment of agency have been destroy by mangal bagh .where he burned the fire of clashes and specially the Govt have given free hand to this evil.

The Peshawar residents of hayatabad have starts migration from their homes. Where in this case the IGP of Peshawar Naveed police told to GEO news that the Peshawar police have no authorities to stop these clashes because the area is tribal. Due to the crucial situation in Kurram Agency in FATA the agency students facing problems to getting education. In the Kurram agency the literacy rate is too high besides with the other agencies. But nowadays the literacy rate is decreasing day by day. In this matter a lot of primary. Middle, High and colleges are closed due the Shia and Sunni clashes in the area. The genies students of Kurram agency are depriving from education day by day.

Approximately 20 little kids have been lost their lives in the land mines explosion while playing games or were going to schools. The Students belonging from Kurram agency who get education in other various places such as Peshawar and other outskirts places could not be able to take part in Entry test scheduled to be held on 13th April at University of Peshawar on Sunday for the cadet colleges.

The Govt has tried to stop these clashes between two rivals in agency but they are been failed in ceasefire. A lot of villages have start migration leave their original homes. The Kurram agency peoples have blamed on government is responsible of all these things because they want to let the fire of clashes burn in the agency to show to the world that FATA peoples have ignorant and uncivilized, wild but the situation is quite different from this. Maxim said they construct a building for their embassy in Kabul to coordinate aids to Afghanistan and strength the relation of both countries. in this case president karzia appreciated the important work doing by Canadian soldiers in kandahar , and Karzia promised that he will allot the land for the Canadian embassy .there are 2500 soldiers present in southern Afghanistan .

The Canadian foreign minister Maxime said that his country has committed to provide long term support for reconstruction and economic development of Afghanistan. He also views on former work done by the Canadian regime in different field for afghan society.
