How to add pingback from your blog to allvoices.com

If you already have your own blog, and want to automatically publish your posts on allvoices, you can use the ping feature in your blog. Just add your allvoices Ping URL to your blog in the appropriate place. You can find your allvoices Ping URL in your profile, under Edit -> Tools

Blogging platforms we currently support for automatic pinging are:

Typepad

To set up your Typepad blog ping, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to TypePad.
2. Navigate to your weblog listings by selecting the "Weblogs" tab near the top of the page.
3. Click "Create a Post" for the chosen weblog.
4. Customize the display of your post page by selecting "Customize the display of this page" towards the bottom of the posting screen.
5. Edit your "Post Screen Configuration" by selecting either "Advanced" or a custom setup with the "TrackBack URLs to Ping" checkbox selected.
6. Add your allvoices ping address to your list of TrackBack addresses, in the Tracback box.
7. Enter your allvoices profile page ping address with every post. If you forget the address, check your "View Previously Sent TrackBacks" on your "New Post" page.
8. Publish your entry, and then check to see if it has republished the blog on allvoices.
