Person Biography:(required) <p> For many, especially in the UK, Ryan Seacrest is the voice of American Idol. As the show's host he offers a shoulder to cry on for unsuccessful contestants and morale support when needed. He appears as a well turned out and charming host well able to cope with Simon Cowell's moods and antics. For 2011 American Idol has had changes made to the judging panel and Cowell is no longer an integral part of the show. Seacreast still is though and looks set to remain so.</p> <p> Early life and career</p> <p> Ryan John Seacrest was born on December 24th 1974, in Atlanta. From an early age he showed his love of music. Yet rather than pursue a singing career Ryan moved into radio and found his niche. Seacrest became an American radio personality, television host, network producer and voice actor.</p> <p> He is the host of On Air with Ryan Seacrest, a nationally syndicated Top 40 radio show that airs on KIIS-FM in Los Angeles and throughout the United States and Canada on Premiere Radio Networks, and the internationally syndicated chart show American Top 40, also syndicated by Premiere Radio Networks.</p> <p> On television, Ryan also hosts E! News.</p>
