Ray Ozzie's Biography
Raymond "Ray" Ozzie (born November 20, 1955) is an American software industry entrepreneur who held the positions of Chief Technical Officer and Chief Software Architect at Microsoft between 2005 and 2010. Before Microsoft, he was best known for his role in creating Lotus Notes.

US software giant Microsoft announced Tuesday that its Internet-based cloud computing service Windows Azure will launch on January 1. Microsoft chief software architect Ray Ozzie, pictured in 2008, revealed the official launch date for what has been described as "Windows in the Cloud" at the Microsoft Professional Developers Conference in Los Angeles.
