Martyn Williams's Biography

Martyn Elwyn Williams, MBE (born 1 September 1975) is a Welsh international rugby union player. A flanker, he plays for Cardiff Blues and the Wales national rugby union team as an open-side flanker. He is Wales' most-capped forward.
