Yaroslava Shvedova's Biography

Yaroslava Vyacheslavovna Shvedova (Russian: Ярослава Вячеславовна Шведова, born September 12, 1987 in Moscow) is a Russian-born professional tennis player representing Kazakhstan. She has achieved a career high ranking of No. 50 as of August 3, 2009. She has won 1 WTA singles title, 3 ITF Women's Circuit singles titles and 2 doubles titles. She was taught tennis at the age of six by her father who is currently her coach.
