Glenn continues his 2-day History of Slavery to Civil Rights: the history they didn't teach us. Woodrow Wilson (Democrat) re-segregated the Military, President Dwight D. Eisenhower (Republican) introduced the Civil Rights Act in 1957, but with Lyndon Baines Johnson (Democrat) as the powerful Speaker of the House, it was defeated. It wasn't until 7 years later that LBJ signed it into Law, and grabbed the credit for a Bill he was against as a Congressman. Why have the progressives withheld our history from us?
