Umar Gul's BiographyUmar Gul (Pashto: عمر گل) also spelt Umer Gul (born 14 April 1984 in Peshawar) is a Pakistani cricketer who has played Test matches, One Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals for Pakistan as a specialist fast bowler. He has mainly gained fame as a death over specialist in T20 format of the game, finishing as leading wicket taker of both the 2007 and 2009 T20 World Cups. Particularly noted for his yorkers and ability to reverse swing.
