China's Executive Vice-Premier, Li KeQiang, has begun a three-day visit to Australia that will include meetings with Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and opposition leader Malcolm Turnbull. Dr Li is expected to discuss trade issues as well as the global financial crisis and climate change. He will also sign a commercial deal between Telstra and the Chinese corporation, ZTE.
