The theme this year will be "Peace, Security and Development in the Horn of Africa". The referendum in South Sudan and the situation in Ivory Coast will also be discussed. Among the participants will be ALDE leader, Guy Verhofstadt, Louis Michel MEP, Graham Watson MEP and the President of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh.
