Both the Dems and Repubs spend too much money. Both major parties are too far gone on the issue. Regardless of your politics, I believe supporting Gary Johnson for President at the Federal level is a smart choice in November 2012. The sooner we seriously address budgets, the more choices we'll have in the solutions we get to choose from. If we wait too long, we forfeit our choices and painful, unfortunate, and destructive cuts will be the ONLY choice. The clock has been ticking for years, and our choices have already narrowed. Electing either Obama or Romney retains the status quo, effectively kicking the can down the road. Let's work hard to get Gary Johnson up to at least 15% in the polls by late summer, so that his message of actual, proven fiscal responsibility will be a part of the fall presidential campaign on the televised debates. Johnson was a great Governor of the state of New Mexico, and people will love his message, provided they have an opportunity to hear it.
