Back in 1995 director Richard Linklater, best known forintroducing us to the likes of Ben Affleck, Matthew McConaughey and MillaJovovich in Dazed and Confused, attempted to give us a different kind of lovestory with Before Sunrise. The filmstarred Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy as two strangers who meet on a train inEurope and spend one romantic evening together in Vienna and then go theirseparate ways. Nine years later, Linklater brought his stars together againfor one more day of romance, this time in Paris. Despite the success of the original film andan increased budget, the sequel failed to find an audience. Regardless, a fanbase for the films remainsand it hasn't stopped rumors of a third film possibly happening from poppingup. This week, reports emerged that athird movie was being filmed in Greece. MTV sat down with star Ethan Hawke to set the record straight. According to Hawke, he and director Linklater were in Greeceworking on a third film, tentatively titled Before Midnight, but no filming wasactually taking place. The duo were inGreece developing the script for a possible third film saying, "If it worksout, we'll film it, and if it doesn't, we won't. It's not really worth talkingabout.
