Part 1 of 2: Labour leader Ed Miliband on the rioting and looting that occurred last week across England. Ed manages to throw about a lot of buzz-words, but not much else from this speech. He does manage to blame everyone else, except Labour for it is Blair's / Brown's "children"* that did the rioting and looting. * Just as the left labeled "Thatchers children'" to the rioters in the early 80's.
