Robert Renfroe "Bob" Riley (born October 3, 1944) is an American politician in the Republican Party. He is the current Governor of Alabama, first elected in 2002, and re-elected during the 2006 mid-term election.

    The latest news reports on television in the Lake Charles market is that Hurricane Ida is in the Gulf of Mexico and headed for the Gulf Coast round the Alabama Florida area near Mobile. Officials in Southwest Louisiana are keeping their fingers crossed saying hurricanes can change their path at any time.

    There is a Hurricane watch issued by the (National Hurricane Center) for parts of Northern Gulf Coast from Grand Isle Louisiana to Mississippi/Alabama Border. The Hurricane watch indicates that hurricane conditions are likely within the next 36 hours. New Orleans is not in the watch area.
