Gov. Bob McDonnell gives $5 million in state appropriations to VCU Massey Cancer Center

Gov. Bob McDonnell ceremonially presented a check representing $5 million in state appropriations for fiscal year 2012 to Virginia Commonwealth University Massey Cancer Center.
