Ambika Soni's Biography

Ambika Soni (born November 13, 1942) is an Indian politician belonging to Indian National Congress. She currently serves in the Union Cabinet as the minister in charge of Information and Broadcasting, after serving in Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Culture from 2006-2009, during her tenure the ‘Incredible India’ media campaign was launched which lead to 12-14 per cent growth in foreign tourist arrivals .
