Lincol Park Zoo snow leopard euthanized

a 19-year-old snow leopard believed to have been the oldest of its kind in an American zoo -- was euthanized Wednesday at Lincoln Park Zoo. The zoo's only snow leopard had chronic renal failure and degenerative joint disease, said Robyn Barbiers, a Lincoln Park Zoo vice president.
