US EPA’s Gina McCarthy to Address New Regulations of Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Power Plants and Oil Refineries at EUEC 2011

January 19, 2011 Gina McCarthy, Assistant Administrator for the U.S. USA's largest energy, utility and environment conference being held at the Phoenix Convention Center from January 31 through February 2, 2011...EPA recently announced a two-year plan to set greenhouse gas (GHG) emission standards under the Clean Air Act for power plants and oil refineries.
