VQ Success Vice President Announces Support of CPI Haiti's "Hope for Haiti" Run

January 11, 2011 Today, VQ Success LLC announced their sponsorship of Community Partnership International's Hope for Haiti 5K Run & Walk, scheduled for January 15, 2011 at Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland FL. CPI Haiti's vision of transformation for Haiti is an ideal fit with our vision of transformation for everyone who desires to be their best self and live their best life, said 35 year old Seth Czerepak, Vice President of VQ Success, LLC. CPI's accomplishments in Haiti over the past 4 years are inspiring and a true testament to the change that can come about when passion and partnership combine. The January 2010 earthquake caused significant damage to CPI Haiti's work in Chauffard, Haiti a remote farming village of 5,000 located approximately 30 miles southwest of Port-au-Prince. Many homes were destroyed and partial damage was done to the church and school facility, constructed by CPI as part of their mission in Haiti. CPI Haiti teams traveled to Chauffard several times in 2010, bringing food, water filters, building materials and tools to help rebuild this community that has been largely ignored by the major international relief agencies. After multiple planning sessions, CPI Haiti and the residents of Chauffard created The Chauffard Community Center Vision a plan to build a new community center as a hub for worship, education, health care and community development. The new community center will feature an expanded primary school and new secondary school, along with a literacy program to help the 90% of Chauffard's adults who cannot read. In addition, the center will include a medical clinic, community leadership institute, and library/media center. A solar and wind powered generator will provide the center's electricity. The Chauffard Community Center is a cornerstone of CPI Haiti's overall vision of a transformed Haiti where hopeful Haitians work for change in every area of society to bring about spiritual, emotional, physical, and social health and wholeness. CPI Haiti has been establishing long-term partnerships with individuals and organizations, like VQ Success, willing to invest their resources, skills, and knowledge in underdeveloped Haitian communities for the past 4 years. The Hope for Haiti 5K Run & Walk will raise the necessary funds to build and equip the community center, through corporate sponsorship and funds raised by individuals and teams participating in the race.
