Narcotics smuggler held, 5.2 kg charas recovered in JK

The smuggler identified as Saab Dayal alias Saabu was arrested when he was filling the drugs in packets in Kathua town, about 80 km from here, yesterday, they said. The accused was a vegetable seller and used to sell charas to local people by mixing it in fruits, they said.
