Norwalk man given court program for touching girl
A Norwalk man facing a disorderly conduct charge for allegedly improperly touching a 7-year-old girl last June was given a diversionary court program that will wipe away the charge if he stays out of legal trouble and keeps away from the girl and her family for two years.
