This is not surprising. Just as Bluebeat's defense was insipid. Umm, if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, and looks like a duck, it's probably a duck.

If it sounds like a Beatles tune, is tagged like a Beatles tune, it's probably a Beatles tune.
