Commissioner Bob Atkinson on Thursday said he backed a zero blood alcohol limit for Queensland drivers in the face of "the slaughter and wholesale injury" of the road toll. At November 1, Queensland's road toll stood at 292, compared to 276 at the same time in 2008.
