MQM MNA Haider Abbas Rizvi has said his party would oppose the NRO in the Parliament and vote against it. Talking to media persons outside the Parliament House here Monday evening, Hyder Abbas Rizvi denied allegations that MQM was also a beneficiary of the NRO.
