Work crews are focusing their efforts on the Alameda shoreline as the cleanup from an oil spill in San Francisco Bay continues. Coast Guard officials say 18 vessels have been pressed into service after fuel oil from the Panamanian-flagged Dubai Star leaked into the bay Friday morning.
