Thane records 35% of polling till 3pm
The lowest turn out of voters till 1pm with 12.09% was recorded at Ulhasnagar Assembly constiutency while Bhiwandi rural recorded the highest 34.01 in the district, they said. The district had recorded 9.80% of polling till 9am which picked up to 15.30%till 11am and reached 24.73% till 1pm, they said....
