Marysville wind change hit 'earlier than expected'

The commission heard the backburn was started by firefighters knowing a wind change was due in an hour. But it ended up arriving much earlier, in less than half an hour, blowing the burn out of control and forcing firefighters to retreat in a shower of embers.
