Bio-IT World: US Hosts NIH Genomics Center
October 5, 2009 The University of Washington has received $32 million to launch a new genomics research center as part of a nationwide project to study heart, lung, and blood disease. $25 million of the funds comes in federal stimulus package money from the National Institutes of Health.
