Lawsuit filed after new ruling on tax credits for electric cars
Roger Gaddis, co-owner of Ada Electric Cars, said he felt he had no choice but to file a lawsuit to protect his customers and his company. On Sept. 17, the Oklahoma Tax Commission issued an emergency ruling that clarified which electric vehicles are excluded from the Oklahoma tax credit.
